Longer class duration

After 60-minute yoga practice, you are encouraged to stay behind for 15-minute relaxation with singing bowls by listening, and most importantly, feeling the sonic vibrations for inner peace.

Listen to your body and understand
what it needs most.
Our classes vary in intensity and speed of transition in between asanas, but the common thing is that we offer singing bowl relaxation of 15 minutes towards the end of class, making sure that you are relaxed and re-energised after the practice.
